INGREDIENTS:

Pineapple

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup pineapple

1/2 cup mango

1 cup spinach

1/4 cup coconut flakes

1/3 cup almonds

1 tsp flax seed

10-12 goji berries

8oz bottle of coconut water

DIRECTIONS:

1.  Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed

2.  Pour smoothie into your favorite glass and enjoy!
