HOW TO MAKE

Making an herbal syrup is relatively easy once you decide the herb you want to use. Simply mix the herbal extract or infusion with enough raw honey to make thick medicinal syrup.

Elderberries are an excellent choice as they are loaded with antioxidants, Vitamin C and immune supporting minerals. They are also delicious which make them perfect for kids. You can store the syrup in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.

HOW TO TAKE

To support immune function throughout cold and flu season children are usually given ½ teaspoon per day, while adults can take about 1½ teaspoons. During illness, the frequency of administration increases to every 2-3 hours until the symptoms resolve.
